‘A Tribe Called Judah’ pulls in ₦1.4 billion at the Nigerian box office.

Funke Akindele’s comedy-drama, “A Tribe Called Judah,” has accumulated a staggering ₦1.4 billion at the Nigerian box office to date. As per the latest report from the Cinema Exhibitors Association of Nigeria released today, Monday, February 19, 2024, the movie earned ₦6 million during the period of February 9 to 15, 2024, bringing its total gross earnings to ₦1,401,483,233.

Currently in its 10th week at Nigerian cinemas since its premiere on December 15, 2023, “A Tribe Called Judah” maintains its standing as the highest-grossing Nigerian movie of all time. Additionally, the feature-length film has raked in ₦144 million at UK cinemas. Producers have indicated that they will soon unveil the movie’s earnings in francophone countries in the forthcoming days.
