Meanwhile, their husbands are left at home to oversee the local church alone, dealing with feelings of loneliness and isolation. He noted that these women are sometimes away for months at a time, preaching the gospel around the world, while their husbands manage their daily lives with limited support.
Pastor Bamiloye also pointed out that when these husbands voice concerns about their wives’ frequent travels or attempt to set boundaries, they are often accused of hindering their wives’ ministry callings. He shared that some female ministers, despite their husbands’ sacrifices, continue to praise them publicly, stating their gratitude for their husbands’ support while simultaneously being absent for long periods.
